Drop into Hazegood’s virtual gym to box with a virtual opponent or hone your boxing skills using the speed bag, training dummy, heavy bag, or focus ball. This is about as realistic as you can get from a virtual boxing gym. There are extensive options to tailor your opponents to your ability, and you will definitely work up a good sweat.
The game requires a rather large space of at least 2.5m x 1.5m (~8 ft x 5 ft) to go a few rounds, but if you’re just using the training equipment and won’t be moving around you can get away with a smaller area. Unlike similar games, there is no artificial locomotion (pressing a button on your controller to jump to a new place) and all movement in the game comes from you actually moving, so be sure you have the space before you start a fight.
There’s limited performance tracking, so if that’s important to you you’ll need to track yourself.
